Ysabel Melgoza
Administrative Manager
Ysabel Melgoza serves as the Administrative Manager at Bay Area Training Academy, where she oversees daily administrative operations, admissions processes, and internal coordination across departments. She plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff and students, and ensuring that administrative systems operate smoothly.Â
Ysabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from California State University, Sacramento. She began her career with the academy as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Administrative Manager after demonstrating strong leadership, organization, and operational support skills.Â
Known for her organization, communication, and collaborative leadership style, Ysabel works closely with leadership and staff to support onboarding, office operations, and policy implementation while helping maintain a positive and productive environment for students and employees.Â
