Sunethra Guy

Sunethra Guy serves as the Compliance and Accreditation Officer at Bay Area Training Academy, where she leads institutional compliance, accreditation readiness, and regulatory reporting efforts. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration, specializing in accreditation standards, institutional effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. 

Sunethra holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis. Throughout her career, she has guided institutions through accreditation processes, developed comprehensive compliance systems, and ensured adherence to federal and state regulations including Title IV, FERPA, ADA, Title IX, and Clery requirements. 

At Bay Area Training Academy, she manages accreditation documentation, regulatory reporting, and institutional data tracking while supporting leadership in maintaining compliance with state and national education standards.
