Stephen Albright

CCO/CAO - Primary EMT Instructor

Stephen Albright serves as the Chief Academic & Clinical Officer at Bay Area Training Academy, where he oversees academic standards, curriculum integrity, and clinical training quality across all EMT programs. In this role, he ensures that classroom instruction, skills training, and clinical education align with national EMS education standards and regulatory requirements. 


Stephen is a U.S. Army veteran with more than a decade of experience in emergency medical services. He graduated from the Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic Program at Foothill College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to joining the academy, he worked as a paramedic and Field Training Officer, mentoring new EMS professionals and providing patient care in the field. 


At Bay Area Training Academy, Stephen oversees academic quality, instructor mentorship, and hands-on clinical training to ensure students graduate with the knowledge and practical skills needed for real-world emergency care. Known for his dedication to student success and high instructional standards, he is passionate about preparing the next generation of EMS professionals.
