Nicky Bahr

Nicky Bahr is the Co-Owner and CEO of Bay Area Training Academy (BATA), where she oversees strategic direction, operations, compliance, and institutional growth. With over a decade of leadership experience in EMS education and ambulance operations, Nicky has played a pivotal role in scaling BATA into one of California’s largest EMT training providers. She also serves as Vice President of Westmed Ambulance, managing EMS regulatory compliance and financial operations. Her technical background includes a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and certification in EMS instruction. Nicky's focus on innovation, equity, and workforce readiness has positioned BATA as a regional leader in EMS training and an emerging institution in paramedic education.
