Monserrat Lagos
Administrative Assistant
Monserrat Lagos serves as an Administrative Assistant at Bay Area Training Academy, where she supports daily office operations and student services. In this role, she assists with student enrollment and registration, maintains student records, responds to student inquiries, and helps coordinate communications to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for students throughout their training. Â
Monserrat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Francisco State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She brings strong organizational and communication skills developed through her experience in administrative support roles, where she managed scheduling, documentation, and client communication while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional service standards.Â
As a Bay Area native and first-generation Latina college graduate, Monserrat is passionate about creating welcoming and inclusive environments. She is committed to helping students feel supported as they navigate enrollment, training, and career preparation in EMS.Â
