Kyle Sylvia

Director Of Training & Campus Operations

Kyle Sylvia serves as the Director of Training & Campus Operations at Bay Area Training Academy, where he oversees instructional quality, campus logistics, and operational coordination across academy locations. He works closely with instructors and campus leadership to ensure consistent training standards and a high-quality learning experience for EMT students. 


Kyle joined the academy as an EMT Skills Instructor and later advanced into leadership, currently also serving as Skills Instructor Manager. Prior to joining the academy, he worked as an EMT and Field Training Officer with Westmed Emergency Services, where he mentored new EMTs and supported field training operations. He also previously served as a Reserve Firefighter with San Ramon Valley Fire. 


Kyle holds an Associate of Science in Fire Technology from Chabot College and is a certified EMT and CPR Instructor. He is passionate about preparing students for real-world EMS careers through strong hands-on training and mentorship.
