Erik Mandler

Erik Mandler serves as President and Program Director at Bay Area Training Academy (BATA), bringing extensive experience in EMS education, field operations, and program management. He co-founded BATA with the vision of increasing access to quality EMT training across Northern California. Erik directs all academic programs, instructor development, and compliance with state and national EMS education standards. He is also the owner of Westmed Ambulance, providing him with unique insight into employers' needs and real-world application of curriculum standards. His leadership ensures that BATA’s programs remain aligned with industry expectations and regulatory guidelines.
